Meatloaf with Rice Crackers
Mix the following ingredients together.
- 1 pound of grass fed red meat or turkey
- 1 onion Chopped
- 1 large organic egg
- 1/4 cup of rice or almond milk
- 10-15 rice crackers crushed in the blender (savory thins from Trader Joe’s)
- Sea salt to taste
- Parsley
Make into a wide log and place in a glass baking dish. Top with black pepper. Bake at 350 degrees until done about 60 minutes depending on how well done you want it.
