Meatloaf with Rice Crackers | Brannick Clinic of Natural MedicineMix the following ingredients together.

  • 1 pound of grass fed red meat or turkey
  • 1 onion Chopped
  • 1 large organic egg
  • 1/4 cup of rice or almond milk
  • 10-15 rice crackers crushed in the blender (savory thins from Trader Joe’s)
  • Sea salt to taste
  • Parsley

Make into a wide log and place in a glass baking dish. Top with black pepper. Bake at 350 degrees until done about 60 minutes depending on how well done you want it.
