1 free wellness visit per member per year
$150 lab allowance per member per year.
Free telemedicine 24-hours a day, 7-days a week. Unlimited access to medical care.
Wholesale prescription medications though Impact Health Sharing portal.
Co-shared is capped at 10% and is capped at $5,000.00 per household annually (usually not reached).
No contracts, no network, no PPO, no HMO.
Major medical event eligible for sharing up to $500,000.00 per member.
People 65-years and older with Medicare Part A & B are 100% covered including pre-existing conditions!
Vision and Dental coverage included.
Naturopathic, Acupuncture, Massage, and Chiropractic benefits (50 visits a year).
We are working to implement electronic billing on your behalf.
