These companies have hijacked the supplement industry and have done it very well. The quality of these companies is poor with minimal amounts of nutrients that many times are not even absorbable. Centrum, one of the worst on the market, is being taken by all the elderly who need nutritional supplements the most. Pfizer makes centrum—the same company that gave you the fake Covid vaccine many have died from. Additives and dyes are put into these supplements such as binders, fillers and coloring agents, such as polyethylene glycol, polyvinyl alcohol, BHT, MSG, modified corn starch, magnesium stearate, and coloring agents such as Blue and Yellow 6 Lake and titanium dioxide. The gummies on the market are loaded with sugar and should be classified as candy not as supplements. None of these are good for you and do not support health.

 

Physician-grade supplements you purchase from a doctor’s office usually do not contain these additives and contain high amounts of nutrients that actually do something for you.
