Meatloaf with Rice Crackers
Mix the following ingredients together.
1 pound of grass fed red meat or turkey
1 onion Chopped
1 large organic egg
1/4 cup of rice or almond milk
10-15 rice crackers crushed in the blender (savory thins from Trader Joes)
Sea salt to taste
Make into a wide log and place in a glass baking dish. Top with black pepper. Bake at 350 degrees until done about 60 minutes depending on how well done you want it.
