(sweetness without simple sugars)
Fresh or frozen berries (raspberries, blueberries) and a sliced banana
1 cup of raw cashews
5 tablespoons of pure maple syrup
4 teaspoons of vanilla
Dash of sea salt
Grind the nuts in a blender until fine Add syrup, salt and vanilla to blender. Slowly add water to make the right texture.
Serve over the berries and banana.
